As part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with a safe and secure banking experience, we are introducing the Citi Security Assistant, which is an automated response bot on the Citi Mobile® App, to allow you to validate any suspicious transaction(s) on your Citi credit/debit card or account.
We strongly recommend you to enable your push notifications on the Citi Mobile® App, so that you can stay updated on such important alerts from us via this secure channel, even if you are abroad. You will also need to enable your device notification setting to receive push notifications.
Disable your internet banking access
You can disable your internet banking access if you suspect your login credentials have been compromised.
Report Lost or Stolen Card
You may report loss/theft of your credit or debit card to block it and prevent anyone else from using your lost
card fraudulently.
Manage your funds transfer limit
You can adjust your funds transfer limit to protect yourself against possible scams. This can help prevent large
sums of money from being transacted out of your bank account if your login credentials are compromised.
The ACT Against Scam campaign led by the National Crime Prevention Council (NCPC) seeks to educate the public on how they can protect themselves from scams.
