You will receive a notification when your eStatement or eAdvice is ready to be viewed on Citibank Online. You can also set up SMS reminders for your Citibank Credit Card and Ready Credit payment due dates.
Each eStatement or eAdvice sent to your email is password protected. You can also view your eStatement or eAdvice on Citibank Online using your user ID and password.
Every eStatement and eAdvice counts towards reducing paper usage. You may still print or save your eStatements and eAdvices if needed.
We appreciate your support in going green. Here's how to enroll for eStatements and eAdvices.
- SMS 'Citiestmt' to 72484 (7CITI) for eStatements ; or
- Click here to login to Citibank Online and enroll for eStatement and eAdvices.
If you are already logged into Citibank Online,
1) Select <My Profile>,
2) Select <eStatements and eAdvices> on the left panel
3) Click <Enroll/Edit eStatements>.
You can choose to enroll for 'All Banking Statements', 'All Credit Card Statements' and/or 'All eAdvices'.
We will notify you by email or SMS once you have successfully enrolled for eStatements and/or eAdvices. You will receive eStatements from your next statement onwards; and eAdvices within the next 24 hours.
It is important to keep your contact information updated with us as we may need to get in touch with you on important matters relating to your account. If you are enrolled for eStatements and/or eAdvices, a message containing instructions to access your eStatement and/or eAdvice will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number.
- Login to Citibank Online
- Select 'My Profile'
- Followed by 'Demographics Update' in the left navigation column
- Choose to update your Primary or Alternate email, with primary as your preferred email contact
- Once you have entered your new email address, you will receive a security notification in the email address selected
- Login to Citibank Online
- Go to "Contact us" in the top right of the navigation bar and select "Send a message"
- Click on the "Compose Mail" button to craft your message
- Scroll to select the subject "Update residential address/email address/contact details"
- Input in your updated details and click "Submit"
Click here to login to Citibank Online and view your eStatements.
If you are already logged into Citibank Online:
Select <Download recent statements> from the "Quick Tasks" section on the right panel.
Select the statement, year and month.
Click <Proceed> on the confirmation page to download or view the statement.
Click here to login to Citibank Online and view your eAdvices.
If you are already logged into Citibank Online :
Select <My Profile>, then select <eStatements and eAdvices> on the left panel.
Click <View eAdvice>, and select the advice type and advice period.
Click <Proceed> on the confirmation page to download or view the advice.
For eStatements or eAdvices sent to you by email, click here to view or edit your settings. Please note that PDF copies of the eStatements or eAdvices that are sent by email will be password protected. You are strongly advised to change your default password as soon as possible.
Register now. All you need is your card or account details and mobile phone number (registered with Citibank).
Ensure your preferred User ID and password meets security requirements of length and complexity.

If you prefer to receive paper statements and advices rather than electronic versions, please login to Citibank Online and select <My Profile>, <eStatements and eAdvices>, <Enrol/Edit eStatement> and click <De-enrol eStatements>.
Upon successful enrollment, your next statement will be an eStatement; and you will be activated for eAdvices within 24 hours.You will receive an email or SMS to inform you that your eStatement or eAdvice is ready for viewing.

- Select <My Profile>
- Select <Citi Alerts> on the left panel
- Click <Manage Alerts>
- Click <Edit Alerts> to view the different types of alerts available
- Select your preferences under <Alerts For My Credit Card And Ready Credit Accounts>

You can save or print a copy of your eStatement and/or eAdvice by clicking on the 'save' icon or 'print' icon on the top navigation bar of the Adobe or PDF reader software.
