- A copy of your NRIC/passport.
- Latest computerized pay slip or Income Tax Notice of Assessment.
If you are Self Employed
- A copy of your NRIC/passport.
- Last 2 years' Income Tax Notice of Assessment.
Documents for Foreigner
- A copy of your passport and work permit (with minimum 6 months validity).
- A copy of utility/residential telephone/home broadband internet bill (excluding mobile phone bill) or bank statement with your name and address.
- Income Tax Notice of Assessment and latest computerized pay slip.

**Priority Pass membership is on application basis and is reserved for the Principal cardmember only, limited to 2 complimentary visits per calendar year. Every accompanying guest will be considered as 1 visit. Thereafter, US$35 per person per visit (or at the prevailing rate) will be charged to the Citi PremierMiles Card account.(Note: Priority Pass airport lounge charge of US$35 per person per visit may also be charged in a different currency equivalent to US$35 per person per visit.)
^Upon renewal of your annual membership, 10,000 renewal bonus will be credited to your account as part of the payment for your annual membership fee (S$196.20 inclusive of 9% GST). In the event you wish to request for a waiver for your annual membership fee, the 10,000 bonus Citi Miles credited will be reversed from your account upon the completion of such waiver.
