P.UP Mobile Concierge and SP.UP Hybrid Packages Terms & Conditions

Promotion period is from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be charged to a Citi Credit / Debit Card.

Discounts are not valid in conjunction with other promotions.

This Promotion is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other reward items from Citibank or Power-Up.

Prices stated are inclusive of GST.

A minimum subscription period of three (3) months is required.

For P.UP Mobile Concierge Packages, each charging session will top-up the battery state-of-charge (SOC) to 80%.

The estimated kWh per mobile charging session for SP.UP Hybrid Charging packages is 45 kWh.
