Dear Clients,
We would like to remind you:
• Not to answer unsolicited calls nor divulge any personal or account information to individuals claiming to be from Citi. These may include scammers impersonating officers from our Fraud department. Citi will never call you to ask for your personal login credentials i.e. User ID & password.
• Not to download applications or files from unknown sources. These could contain malware that could lead to your device being taken over by a scammer who is attempting to phish your banking/card credentials including SMS OTP (one-time password) to conduct fraudulent transactions.
To report a scam or fraud on your account, please contact us immediately.
To contact us, please log in to the Citi Mobile App to send us a message or contact our CitiPhone hotline. You may also report any suspected scams and phone numbers via the ScamShield App.
