  • What will I get if I win the Draw?

    You will win an all-inclusive 4-day, 3-night trip for 1 winner and 2 guests to London, England (“Trip”).

    The Trip includes 1 triple-occupancy hotel accommodation including breakfast, dinner on Day 1, Day 2 & Day 3 at selected restaurants, 3 tickets to the UEFA Champions League Final, transportation to/from the airport and hotel in London, ground transportation is included for all program related activities, private guided City tour, US$250 prepaid Mastercard and UEFA Champions League x Mastercard themed gift bag. Business-class flight tickets to London for the Trip is included.

  • When is the Qualifying Period?

    The campaign is being held from 1 December 2023 to 31 January 2024 (both dates inclusive).

  • How do I participate in the Draw?
    1. Enrol for the Draw on the Citi Mobile® App anytime within the Qualifying Period. Alternatively, send an SMS in the prescribed format of CITIPM Last 4 digits of their Citi Credit/Debit Card number (e.g CITIPM 1234) to 72484.
    2. To qualify, spend a min of S$6,000 on your Citi Mastercard® Credit and Debit Card within the campaign period. Your Qualifying Credit or Debit Mastercard Spend gives you a chance in the Draw.
  • How do I check if I have successfully enrolled in the Draw?

    You should receive a confirmation Push Notification or an SMS confirmation once you’ve successfully enrolled for the Draw on the Citi Mobile® App. Please enable notifications from the Citi Mobile® App on your device level settings to receive notification from us.

  • Do I have to choose between using my Citi Mastercard® Credit Card or Citi Mastercard® Debit Card to make the Qualifying Spends?

    If you have enrolled for the draw within the Qualifying Period, you can use either or both your Citi Credit or Debit Mastercard to make the Qualifying Spends of S$6,000. For the avoidance of doubt, the minimum accumulative amount of S$6,000 in the Qualifying Spend will be determined by the “spend date”, i.e. the transaction date based on Singapore Timing (UTC+08:00).
