Push Notifications

Sent by Citibank Singapore via the Citi Mobile® App, this is the most secured way to notify you. We are progressively moving the alerts to be sent via push notifications in view of the rise in SMS related phishing scams.

Email

Some of the alerts will be accompanied with Email notifications.

SMS

Some of the alerts will still be sent via SMS depending on the nature of the notifications and your device/app settings.

Push Notification is a secured mode of communication between you and Citibank SG, and it reduces the risk of fraud and phishing scams related to SMS alerts. To continue using the Citi Mobile® App, kindly enable push notifications.
