The Citi Mobile® App
After downloading and launching the app, select "New? Create a login account" and follow the instructions on screen.
Citibank Online
1. Visit www.citibank.com.sg and click on "Sign On" at the top right corner.
2. After reaching the selected login page, click on "Register Now" or "Register".
3. Follow the instructions on screen to create your Digital Banking account.
The Citi Mobile® App
After tapping on the login button, select "Forgot your password?" or "Forgot?". Follow the instructions on screen to complete the password reset.
Citibank Online
1. Visit www.citibank.com.sg and click on "Sign On" at the top right corner.
2. After reaching the selected login page, click on "Forgot User ID or Password?"
3. Follow the instructions on screen to complete the password reset.
Upon logging in to the Citi Mobile® App, you will be prompted to register for the enhanced security capabilities.
We have updated the Citi Mobile® App with enhanced security capabilities to provide you with a more convenient and seamless mobile banking experience. This will enable you to proceed with your transactions seamlessly and securely on this device without having to enter an Unlock Code or SMS OTP.

The Citi Mobile® App
After successfully logging in, tap on "Settings & More" on the top right corner of the dashboard. Select "ATM PIN Reset" and follow the instructions on screen to complete PIN reset.
To remove a saved username on the app, you may delete and re-install the app. For Android users, you have an additional option to remove the username by clearing cache.
You may activate your Citi Card for overseas use via The Citi Mobile® App or Citibank Online.
We have introduced the following capabilities:
- Filter transactions by Date, Amount of Transaction Type
- Search for a transaction using a keyword
Step 1: Begin by logging into the Citi Mobile® App and selecting the account of choice.
Step 2: Scroll down to “Last Transactions” and click on the “Search” bar.
Step 3: Filter or search for the transaction.
You may access all available functions on Citibank Online except for Payment/Transfers.
For Citibank SG App:
