Executive Head Chef Tristin Farmer

Chef Farmer presides over the restaurant, housed in a charming three-storey shophouse on Bukit Pasoh Road. Zen is opened and owned by Swedish Chef BJÖRN FRANTZÉN. Originally from Scotland, he honed his culinary skills at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants in the United Kingdom. In 2014, he joined Jason Atherton’s The Social Company in London, Hong Kong, and Dubai before making his way to Singapore in 2018 to helm the kitchen at Zén.

Executive Chef Denis Lucchi

Chef Lucchi entered culinary school at the tender of 14, driven by a passion for cooking. After furthering his training in London and Rome, he fulfilled his childhood dream of working in his hometown Lake Garda, Lombardy, by returning there to cook at a MICHELIN-starred restaurant no less.

It wasn’t long before his appetite for adventure pushed him to try something new, leading him to Singapore. Following a stint at Gattopardo and Garibaldi, he began his tenure at Buona Terra in 2012.
