What is the Citi Beta Community program?
The Citi Beta Community is our Beta tester program where our customers can try out new features prior to their official release. As a participant, the feedback you provide will help us identify issues and help refine our product features before its official commercial launch. You can help us make our offerings better.
Product and services launched as part of beta testing are pre-released and not at the level of performance or compatibility of a final, generally available product offering. As such, the features may not operate correctly and may be substantially modified prior to first release, or withdrawn.
Who can participate?
The Citi Beta Community program is open to all Citi Singapore customers.
How to join the Citi Beta Community?
To join as a participant of the Citi Beta Community, please send an SMS with the message BETA to 72484. By enrolling for the program and sending the SMS in the aforementioned format, you: i. Confirm your decision to participate in this program; ii. Confirm that you have read, accepted and agree to be bound by the program terms and conditions; iii. Consent to Citibank sending you Short Message Service ("SMS") notifications pertaining to the program.
How do I provide my feedback to Citi?
If you would like to make an error report or are experiencing an issue, please submit your feedback here.
Do I have to pay a fee to join the program?
No. You are not required to make any payment to join the program.
What kind of compensation do I receive for testing?
We appreciate our community’s voluntary participation. While we currently don’t provide compensation, we will review our incentive structure upon customer feedback and if there is an increase in commitment from our community.
How will the Citi Beta Community program contact me?
Citi uses contact information that is registered with us. You may update your contact information at https://www.citibank.com.sg/.
How do I leave the Citi Beta Community program?
You may discontinue your participation at any time by sending an SMS with the message LEAVEBETA to 72484.
How do I know if I have been selected to try out a beta product?
You will be notified that you have been selected for trial when such an opportunity arises.
