In Singapore, Citi is committed to the long term sustainability of our business and making a difference in our local community. Our corporate responsibility initiatives focus on financial education, youth education, community development, philanthropy, volunteerism, and environmental and workplace practices. Cross Franchise Management Associate Program
Citi's Management Associate Program is the most established, prestigious leadership development program in the industry today. It has a proven track record of producing dynamic leaders all over the world and is tailored to place you on the fast track to leadership positions in the world's largest financial services organization. It will provide you with an opportunity to realise your potential and explore your prospects through exposure to various businesses in Citi's franchise. As a Management Associate, you rotate across different businesses over a 36 month period, gaining experience with front, middle, and back office roles.

The Management Associate Program is looking to hire exceptional individuals with diverse background and interests who are ready to face the exciting challenges that come with the enrolment in a demanding and fulfilling curriculum. In order to qualify for the Management Associate Program, the candidate must possess a good Honours Degree (minimum 2nd Upper Hons) or a Masters degree from a reputable university and has no more than three years of work experience if the candidate has already graduated.
To do well in this role, the candidate must be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual. A background in finance is not a must; in fact, we welcome applicants from all disciplines. It is crucial that the candidate has a genuine interest in the financial services sector and a strong initiative to constantly learn and apply what the candidate has acquired.
The candidate must possess strong analytical and quantitative skills. However, it is just as important that the candidate possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the confidence and credibility to build relationships with clients. We expect the candidate to work well both independently and effectively in a team, while exhibiting the highest commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.

The Citi Associate (CA) Internship program is an exclusive 12-week internship program aimed at selecting the best students to build a pipeline of candidates for our flagship Citi Singapore Cross-Franchise Management Associate Program.
