Easy payment and better convenience with AXS payment channels.

Pay your bills

You can now pay your bills anywhere and anytime on AXS Station, m-Station and e-Station. Simply follow the step-by-step guide below.

AXS Station

  • Select "Bills" on the right menu
  • Select "Credit Cards" and "Citibank"
  • Enter your credit card details and amount payable
  • Review & confirm details and amount payable
  • Select "Proceed to Pay" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transaction.

AXS e-station

  • Go to http://www.axs.com.sg/ and select "Start Now" under AXS e-Station
  • Select "Pay Bills", followed by "Credit Cards" and "Citibank"
  • Enter your credit card details and amount payable
  • Review & confirm details and amount payable
  • Select your preferred payment mode and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transaction

AXS m-station

AXS Payment app is available for download on App Store and Google Play.

DID YOU KNOW: The bills you have paid will be added to "My Favorites" - a feature which enables you to make subsequent payments of the same bill without entering the bill information. All you have to do is enable your passcode on the AXS mobile app!

NOTE: Credit cards and loans bills are not payable using credit cards.

PAY WITH ATM CARDS

Customers are now able to use their Citibank ATM/Debit Platinum card and PIN to effect payment on AXS Stations.

It's easy!

NOTE: The daily transaction limit is as per the daily transaction limit imposed by the Bank on your ATM card

How do I make payment with Citi ATM card on AXS Station

Step 1: Select either option from the screen
- Bills > Credit Cards > Citibank
- Finance > Citibank

Step 2: Select one of the following options – "Without Card (Manual Entry)" or "With Card (Insert Card)" and enter the amount payable

Step 3: Review & confirm details and amount payable

Step 4: Select "Proceed to Pay"

Step 5: Insert ATM/Debit Card into the card reader when prompted and key in corresponding PIN.

Step 6: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction.

Step 7: Transaction successful. Please remember to collect the receipt print-out
