Restructuring of existing home loan structure

Does your Mortgage need to be restructured due to any of the following reasons?

  • Changes to Loan Tenure
  • Changes to Borrowers and/or Mortgagors
  • Permission to Rent Out the Mortgaged Property
  • Conversion of an Overdraft Facility to a Term Loan Facility
  • Change in Occupancy Type (From 'Shelter' to 'Investor')

Please note that for all Restructuring requests, a fee of S$200 will be incurred.

Index-linked conversion - Request for a SIBOR tenure change

Are you making the most of the free, unlimited switching of SIBOR tenure that comes with your SIBOR linked mortgage package?

Points to note before requesting to switch your current SIBOR tenure:

  • A 1-month written notice is required to be mailed to our Mortgage Client Care Team (please download the index-linked conversion form here and mail the duly signed form to the address as stated on the attached form).
  • Such request is subject to the Bank's approval at its absolute discretion.
