Simply charge the Full Fare of your travel ticket to your Citi Card and activate your Complimentary Travel Insurance before you travel.
Complimentary Travel Insurance feature is available for the following cards:
- Citi Rewards World Mastercard® / Visa Signature Card
- Citi Cash Back World Mastercard / Visa Signature Card
- Citi Cash Back+ World Mastercard / Visa Signature Card
- Citi Lazada Visa Signature Card
Remember to activate your travel insurance prior to travel to enjoy the Complimentary Travel Insurance feature.
Effective 1 Feb 2024, the complimentary travel insurance will be underwritten by HL Assurance Pte Ltd instead of AIG Asia Pacific Insurance Pte Ltd (“AIG”).
Please note that for claims under the complimentary travel insurance in respect of a Covered Trip starting on or before 31 Jan 2024 and ending on or before 31 Jan 2024, such claims should be filed with AIG Asia Pacific Insurance Pte. Ltd. (“AIG”). For claims under the complimentary travel insurance in respect of a Covered Trip starting on or before 31 Jan 2024 but ending after 31 Jan 2024, such claims should be filed with HL Assurance Pte Ltd.
