You can now pay your rent, education expenses, taxes, condominium management fees, electricity bills, insurance premiums and goods and services using your Citi Credit Card with Citi PayAll feature for just a small fee. You will be able to earn miles or reward points on payments made via Citi PayAll.
Citi PayAll allows you to pay your rent, education expenses, taxes, condominium management fee, electricity bills, insurance bills and goods and services using your Citi Credit Card. Your recipients do not have to be a Citibank customer and will receive the funds via a bank fund transfer.

Yes. When setting up your payment simply select the specific date of transfer as long as it is at least 4 business days away. For Rent, education expenses and condominium management fee, you also have the option to make this a monthly recurring payment for the next 24 months.
Payments take 4 business days to be processed.
Yes, a small fee is charged per Citi PayAll transaction, which is determined for each customer, as part of your enrolment. The fee will be reflected after you input the transaction amount and recipient details.
If you have lost your card or reported a fraud on your card, your payment(s) will not continue on the newly reissued card. Please set up a new Citi PayAll payment on your replacement card to ensure your recipient gets paid on time.
You can make payments for maintenance fees such as repairs, operations and services including electrical and air condition servicing, carpentry, plumbing, door and window repair and other household maintenance fees or expenses, under “Maintenance Fees” category.
You should NOT make payments under Citi PayAll in respect of (i) any loan/debt repayments such as but not limited to mortgage repayments, credit card payments and loans, (ii) any cryptocurrency related transactions, gambling and casino-related transactions or such other transactions that we may determine at our discretion
You can enter an amount not exceeding 95% of your credit limit, subject to maximum permissible monthly limit of:
i. Rent, Education & Miscellaneous - S$30,000
ii. Electricity & Condominium Management Fee - S$30,000
iii. Insurance - S$200,000
You can set up a Citi PayAll at any time using your Citi Mobile® App. However, if you choose to enroll via an email or SMS invitation, please note that the offer is valid for 30 days from the day you receive either an email or SMS.

You will receive an email and SMS notification alert when the payment is set up and when the payment is successfully charged to your card. Successful payments will be reflected in your credit card statement.
If you have made a recurring payment, you will also receive a notification alert every month when the transaction is charged to your card.
We will also notify you if your payment fails to go through.
You will receive an email and SMS notification when your payment is unsuccessful. In this case, you will not be able to proceed with Citi PayAll. Please make alternative arrangements to ensure your recipient gets paid on time.
If your payment fails to go through, the transaction amount and the accompanying processing fee will be refunded to your card.
If you made an accidental payment to the wrong recipient which was processed successfully, the transaction amount with the processing fee accompanying the transaction will not be refundable and will still appear on your statement. As we do not carry out any independent verification on the Payee Account, reference numbers and/or other payment details provided by you, please ensure you input the correct details.
As all Citi PayAll payment transactions will not be processed via any of the card associations (for example, Mastercard® or Visa), the chargeback dispute resolution process of the card associations will not be available to you and accordingly, you will not be able to raise a chargeback dispute in respect of any payment transaction. All claims and disputes against a payee should be pursued directly with the applicable payee.
You cannot amend your transactions once it has been set up.
However, should you wish to cancel the transaction, please log into your Citi Mobile® App. You can review and cancel your existing payment instructions by selecting the PayAll option under “Payments” tab. Please cancel the transaction at least 7 calendar days before your next payment due date as cancellation will not be processed once the payment is charged to your card.
Your payment will appear as "PAYALL" on your credit card statement, along with the payment category and your recipient’s name e.g. "PAYALL RENT – ERICA LIM".
