You can continue charging transactions on your Citi Commercial Card(s) until 30 June 2026.
Transactions must be posted to your Citi Commercial Card(s) on or before 31 May 2026 to earn any Citi ThankYouSM Points or Cash Rebate (where applicable) on your Citi Commercial Card(s).
You have until 30 June 2026 to redeem your Citi ThankYouSM Points on your Citi Commercial Cards Program. Any Citi ThankYouSM Points balance after this date will be forfeited.
For Citi Commercial Cards earning Cash Rebate, a cheque for the amount of Cash Rebate will be issued to the company by 30 September 2026.
Please make full payment for the outstanding balances on your Citi Commercial Card(s) by the next payment due date set out in your monthly account statement. Please be advised that relevant charges (late fees and/or finance charges) will apply if payment is not received. For Citi Commercial Card(s) where cardholders are personally liable for outstanding balances, there is potential impact on such cardholders’ Credit Bureau records if the outstanding balances are not paid by payment due date.
As long as there is an outstanding balance on your Citi Commercial Card, you will continue to be charged the premium for Credit Insure/Credit Insure Gold. Should you decide to cancel Credit Insure/Credit Insure Gold, please contact our CitiPhone hotline at +65 6225 5225 from 8am to 8pm daily.
If you have made annual fee payment for any of your Citi Commercial Card(s) within the card anniversary year, a pro-rated amount will be credited to your respective card(s) by 30 June 2026.
All recurring payment arrangements will be cancelled after 30 June 2026, upon the cessation of the Citi Commercial Cards Program. You will need to contact the billing organisations to re-establish these payments or set up alternate payment methods to continue these services.
Please note that whether any insurance claim is successful or not is subject to the policy terms and the approval of the Insurer. For eligible trips booked and paid for in full using your Citi Commercial Card(s) before or on 30 June 2026, you may qualify for complimentary travel insurance coverage if your trip ends before or on 31 March 2027 and if your round trip is within 93 days of the eligible trip start date, subject to the policy terms.
