At Citi, the well-being of our employees and clients is our top priority. Since the start of the COVID-19 situation, we have been monitoring the developments closely and have progressively implemented precautionary measures at our workplace and branches in line with the latest Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines.

With tighter workplace measures being implemented, here are some of the latest measures we have taken:

  • Reducing traffic at some client facing locations:
    • The following Branches and Instant Banking Centres will be temporarily closed until 1 June 2020.
      • Asia Square Branch* (Level 1 will be permanently closed on 29 May 2020)
      • Holland Village Branch*
      • Punggol Branch*
      • Woodlands Branch*
      • Bugis Instant Banking Centre
      • Boon Lay Instant Banking Centre
      • Tampines Instant Banking Centre
      • Changi Business Park Instant Banking Centre
    • Branches with revised operating hours are:
    • Jurong East and Capital Square Branches
      Mondays to Fridays 9:30am to 3:30pm. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
    • Parkway Parade Branch
      Mondays to Fridays 9:30am to 3:30pm, Saturdays 9:30am to 12pm and closed on Sundays
    • Paragon Branch (For Citigold & Citigold Private Clients only)
      Mondays to Fridays 9:30am to 3:30pm.
      Level 1 open on Saturdays 9:30am to 12pm and closed on Sundays
      Level 6 closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

    For vulnerable groups, such as the elderly and pregnant women, we have reserved 9:30am to 10:30am for you to perform your banking needs. Priority will also be given to you at all times.

  • The following services will be available at our branches:
    • Cash withdrawals and deposits
    • Encashment of cheques and cashiers orders*
    • Remittance and payments (includes telegraphic transfer)
    • Account opening^ and closure
    • Account servicing (e.g. signatory updates, adding account holders, appointment of third party mandate, activation of dormant accounts)
    • Loan application and repayment
    • Purchase of cashiers order/demand draft
    • Safe deposit box services (Capital Square Branch only)
    • Replacement/Change of ATM Card/ Debit Card/ Security token

    *The Express Cheque Deposits service will not be available at these branches.

    ^For Account opening, we strongly encourage you to apply online. For non-citizens/non-permanent residents opening accounts or are unable to open your account online, please go down to Capital Square Branch where our officers will be able to assist you.

    During this period, there will be no face-to-face provision of insurance and investment advisory services to customers. Our team will remain available through online / phone / video-conferencing channels for these services.

While select branches and CitiPhone remain open and available, clients have the option to access the Citi Mobile® App or Citibank Online at their convenience for banking services, such as checking of balances and transactions or making a payment, and updating of personal details.

To provide greater convenience for our clients, we have also increased the daily ATM withdrawal limits#, effective 24 May 2020.

  • Revised limits for the respective segments are:
    • Citibanking: S$5,000
    • Citi Priority: S$5,000
    • Citigold: S$10,000
    • Citigold Private Client: S$10,000

    #The withdrawal limit will be based on the client’s segment at point of card issuance.

We are monitoring the situation closely, taking guidance from the relevant ministries and government agencies and are ready to respond as appropriate.
