Only sign on to Citibank Internet Banking by typing the entire Citibank website
address into your browser. Never sign on to Internet Banking via a link from an
email. For example, Singapore customers should type in
"http://www.citibank.com.sg" into the browser address field before signing on to Internet Banking. |

Always ensure that you're using a secure website before submitting credit card or other sensitive information via your Web browser. To make sure you're on a secure Web server, first check the beginning of the Web address in your browsers address bar - it should be "https://" rather than just "http://".
Then look at the bottom of the browser window.
If you are using Netscape, you will see a locked padlock icon on the far left corner of the status bar.
If you are using Internet Explorer, you will see a locked padlock icon on the bottom right of the status bar.
Double click on the padlock icon. You will see the details of the security certificate, which should say that is issued to Citibank.
Proceed to enter your Citicard and PIN details to sign on to Internet Banking only after you have done all these steps. |

Beware of pop-up window that ask for your
account number and PIN. Citibank login pages are
always on a webpage and never in a pop-up window. |

If you suspect a website is fraudulent, leave
the site. Do not follow any of the instructions
it may present to you. |
