REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT

Steps to register for the Citibank Global View of Accounts Feature.

This free service is available on Citibank Online via a simple one-time registration.

Step 1
Login to Citibank Online.

Step 2
Click on "GVA Registration" from the top right corner of your Accounts list and enter your One-Time PIN (OTP).

Step 3
Select the country you wish to register and enter the login information of the selected country's account.

Balances of the registered account can be viewed on your Accounts Summary page upon successful registration.

With effect from 26 June 2022, you will no longer be able to view your Citi account balance under Citibank Online account dashboard Global View of Accounts (GVA) feature for the following countries:

  • Bahrain
  • China
  • India
  • Indonesia
  • Malaysia
  • Philippines
  • Poland
  • Thailand
  • Vietnam
  • Russia

Please note that viewing your Citi Australia balance in Citibank Online account dashboard using the GVA feature is no longer available since 24 April 2022.

You will still be able to view your Citi account balance under the Citibank Online account dashboard GVA feature for the following countries:

  • Hong Kong
  • Mexico
  • Singapore
  • South Korea
  • Taiwan
  • United Arab Emirates
  • United Kingdom
  • United States

Yes, you can still continue to view your local accounts in Citibank Online after 26 June 2022.

You can access the Global View of Accounts service from Citibank’s internet banking platform. Log in to Citibank Online with your user ID and password and register your overseas Citibank Account(s) for this service.

Yes, upon successful registration, you will be able to immediately view your account under the Account Summary section.

There is no upper limit. Hence, you can link your Citibank accounts from all the participating countries to the Citibank Global View of Accounts service.
