| 1. | The "Promotion" refers to the Citibank Online – Get $10 Gelare voucher with Citi Clear Card promotion. |
| 2. | The qualifying period for this Promotion shall be from 1 March 2010 to 31 May 2010 ("Qualifying Period"). |
| 3. | All Singaporean residents aged 18 years and above (as at 1 March 2010) who have submitted an application for Citi Clear Card via Citibank Online and who obtained approval for the online application within the Qualifying Period are eligible to participate in this Promotion. The approval process will be in accordance with Citibank's prevailing practice and Citibank reserves the right to extend the application processing time without prior notice. |
| 4. | Citibank accepts no liability for any late approval of any card/account application due to insufficient/incomplete documents submitted by applicants or delay in response from the applicant or any other reasons. |
| 5. | Applicants who have closed their Citi Clear Card in the last 3 months prior to the Qualifying Period and who re-apply for the same products defined above will not be entitled to participate in this Promotion. |
| 6. | Citibank determines the approved account during the Qualifying Period. Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. |
| 7. | Every approved Citi Clear Card account will receive a $10 Gelare voucher (“voucher”). Approved applicants will be notified by post 1 month after the end of the Promotion. Such notification will include details on how to claim the vouchers. |
| 8. | The voucher will not be transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or kind and must be claimed in Singapore. Citibank assumes no responsibility for any damage or technical hardware or software failure of any kind on the voucher. Citibank reserves the right to replace any customer(s) subsequently found to be disqualified. |
| 9. | Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Notwithstanding anything herein, Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. |
| 10. | If voucher remains unclaimed two months after the date of the customer(s) being notified, it will be forfeited. The customer(s) whose voucher has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any compensation notwithstanding non-receipt of notification. |
| 11. | Citibank may at its discretion at any time replace or substitute the voucher with any other item of equal value selected by it. |
| 12. | In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail. Citibank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. |
| 13. | Citibank assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected forms or email communication, for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic transmission which may limit a participant's ability to participate in this Promotion. Entries become the property of Citibank and will not be returned. |
| 14. | Information collected through this Promotion may be used in the operation and marketing of Citibank's products and services. Participants may receive via email, promotional news, service updates and other information about Citibank's products and services. Participants may choose, at any point, to unsubscribe from these mailings. |
| 15. | "Citibank" means Citibank Singapore Limited. |
