Citibank Online First 3,000 approved customers will receive a S$20 Wisma Atria voucher

 

Terms & Conditions




1. The "Promotion" refers to the Citibank Online First 3,000 approved customers will receive a S$20 Wisma Atria voucher (A voucher with Citibank Credit Cards.
2. The qualifying period for this Promotion shall be from 1 June 2010 to 30 July 2010 ("Qualifying Period").
3. All Singaporean residents aged 21 years and above (as at 01 June 2010) who have submitted an application for any of the two (2) Citibank Credit Cards listed below via Citibank Online and who obtained approval for the online application within the Qualifying Period are eligible to participate in this Promotion. The approval process will be in accordance with Citibank's prevailing practice and Citibank reserves the right to extend the application processing time without prior notice.
4. List of Citibank products eligible for the Promotion:

Citibank Credit Card: Citi Platinum Visa, Citi Platinum MasterCard, Citi Clear Platinum Visa, Citi DIVIDEND World MasterCard, Citi DIVIDEND Visa Signature, Citi PremierMiles, Citi M1 Platinum Visa, Citi TANGS Visa Platinum, Citi SMRT Platinum Visa

Please note that applications for Citi Paragon MasterCard, Supplementary credit cards and Citi Clear Card are excluded.
5. Citibank accepts no liability for any late approval of any card application due to insufficient/incomplete documents submitted by applicants or delay in response from the applicant or any other reasons.
6. Applicants who have closed their Citibank Credit Card account(s) in the last 3 months prior to the Qualifying Period and who re-apply for the same products defined above will not be entitled to participate in this Promotion.
7. Citibank determines the first 3000 Citibank Credit Card approved customer during the Qualifying Period based on the time and date the application was approved and as stated in the Citibank's computer system. Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants.
8. The first 3000 approved Citibank Credit Card customer with an application of at least two Citibank Credit Cards will receive a S$20 WA voucher. Customer will be notified by post 1 month after the end of the Promotion. Such notification will include details on how to claim the prize.
9. Citibank is not the supplier of the products and/or services redeemed/purchased using WA voucher and will not accept any liability in relation thereto. The WA Voucher is subject to additional terms and conditions of Wisma Atria.
10. The WA voucher is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or kind and must be claimed in Singapore. Citibank assumes no responsibility for any damage or technical hardware or software failure of any kind on the voucher. Citibank reserves the right to replace any customer(s) subsequently found to be disqualified.
11. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Notwithstanding anything herein, Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.
12. If voucher remains unclaimed two (2) months after the date of the customer(s) being notified, it will be forfeited. The customer(s) whose voucher has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any compensation notwithstanding non-receipt of notification.
13. Citibank may at its discretion at any time replace or substitute the voucher with any other item of equal value selected by it.
14. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail. Citibank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
15. Citibank assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected forms or email communication, for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic transmission which may limit a participant's ability to participate in this Promotion. Entries become the property of Citibank and will not be returned.
16. Information collected through this Promotion may be used in the operation and marketing of Citibank's products and services. Participants may receive via email, promotional news, service updates and other information about Citibank's products and services. Participants may choose, at any point, to unsubscribe from these mailings.
17. "Citibank" means Citibank Singapore Limited.
