| 1. | Citibank Online - Get $40 shopping vouchers Promotion Terms and Conditions is not applicable with any other promotions. |
| 2. | The qualifying period for this offer is from 06 Apr 2010 to 30 June 2010 ("Qualifying Period"). |
| 3. | Employees of Citibank Singapore Limited ("Citibank"), its affiliates and the advertising agencies engaged by Citibank and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. |
| 4. | Applicants who closed their Citibank Tap and Save/ Citibank Step-Up Interest Account in the last 3 months prior to the Qualifying Period will not qualify for the Promotion. |
| 5. | Only first-time customers who open their first Citibank Tap and Save/ Citibank Step-Up Interest Account online at citibank.com.sg during the Qualifying Period will be eligible to participate in the promotion ("Eligible customers"). |
| 6. | To qualify for the Promotion, Eligible customers are required to open the account online at citibank.com.sg and must have salary credit into the account latest by 1 July 2010. Salary credit is defined as:
(i) | Via GIRO where the salary credit has to be effected within the Promotion Period and to be maintained every month thereafter or; | (ii) | standing order of minimum S$500 in one single transaction every month in the account or; | (iii) | cheque deposit of minimum S$500 every month in the account. | |
| 7. | Eligible customers will need to maintain a minimum of S$2,000 within 3 months of account opening to enjoy the fee waiver, failing which, the Citibanking fee of S$10 or Citigold fee of S$50 will be imposed on the accounts. |
| 8. | Eligible customers will be entitled to receive S$40 TANGS or S$40 Choice Shopping Vouchers ("Vouchers"). Only one type of vouchers can be chosen, no mix and match. |
| 9. | The approval process of the account will be in accordance with Citibank's prevailing practice and Citibank reserves the right to extend the application processing time without prior notice. |
| 10. | Customers will receive a redemption letter six to eight weeks from the first salary credit. |
| 11. | The Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind. Citibank will not replace lost or stolen vouchers. |
| 12. | The Vouchers are subject to TANGS's or Cold Storage’s additional terms and conditions. |
| 13. | Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Notwithstanding anything herein, Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. |
| 14. | Eligible Customers will continue to be bound by the Singapore Global Consumer Banking terms and conditions and the terms and conditions governing the use of their respective Citibank Accounts. |
| 15. | Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail. |
| 16. | Citibank assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected forms or email communication, for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic transmission which may limit a participant's ability to participate in this promotion. |
| 17. | Information collected through this promotion may be used in the operation and marketing of Citibank's products and services. Participants may receive via email, promotional news, service updates and other information about Citibank's products and services. Participants may choose, at any point, to unsubscribe from these mailings. |
| 18. | Citibank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate or amend this promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. |
